For Tidy Towns groups

Spend your time planting, not posting.

Your committee does great work. A proper website shows it off, finds you new volunteers and keeps a record of everything you’ve done, without adding to anyone’s jobs.

Made for the way Tidy Towns committees work

A projects board that doubles as your evidence log

Every project gets a card with its status, photos, funder and year. When it’s time for your application, the record is already there. Adjudicators can see it too.

Volunteer sign-up

People pick what they’d help with: litter picks, planting, events. Their details land in your inbox, sorted by interest.

Before and after photos

Add a “before” photo when you start and an “after” when you finish. It’s the best advert there is for joining in.

Litter-pick events

Put the next clean-up on the town’s what’s on list. It stays there, unlike a Facebook post, and goes out in the newsletter.

How much work is it?

Very little. We set it up, load your projects and photos, and train your volunteers in one hour. After that, most committees spend a few minutes a week on it: approving events, adding a photo, moving a project to “done”.

And it’s not just a Tidy Towns site. It’s the whole town’s site, with businesses, clubs and news, so other groups can share the load.

Can a Tidy Towns grant pay for it?

Possibly. Tidy Towns grant rounds are one route to look at, along with Town and Village Renewal and LEADER. Rules change every year, so check the current round. We’ll give you a quote and project description either way.

Funding your site
